Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customized/personalized orders.

Please carefully confirm your required size, colour, design, and personalization details before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. After verification, we may offer a replacement or another suitable solution.

Please record a clear, continuous unboxing video — with no cuts or pauses — starting before you open the package until the product is fully unwrapped. This video will be required as proof when claiming a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item.
